Our organisation has grouped all the essential ceremonials and some rituals into a structured format. APS representatives and other religious bodies interested in standardising and preparing modules for priests training are also consulted.
Classes are held at Westville Hindu Primary School every Saturday between 09h00 TO 11h00. Trained and experienced priests conduct the classes. The classes are run over two semesters per annum making up two moodules. Hence the program is done over three years in order to obtain a certificate. The Department of Health and Social Development under a specific SETA unit will endorse the certificate.
The lectures are held concurrently at two other venues – RAISTHORPE ARYA SAMAJ in Piertmaritzburg and a venue in Sandton. Tutors are available at Pietermaritzburg. The Gauteng lectures are done by SKYPE and face to face session at least once a month. Books and learning materials are housed in Westville.
